Q.2 Why are your repair prices slightly more expensive than other Apple repair companies?
A. We charge a little more on our repairs as we strive to perfect every Apple device that we repair. While other companies may change, for example, an iPhone touchscreen leaving dust between the LCD and front glass touchscreen, we take our time ensuring there are no dust particles left between screen layers to ensure the end repair is of the highest quality. Your Apple device is an expensive piece of equipment so you would expect a repaired iPhone, iPad or Macbook to come back to you looking as good as possible. Here at iPhone Repairs & Spares LTD, we take pride in our repair work. We also offer a full 12-month warranty on all repairs. We are a dedicated team of Apple iPhone, iPad & Macbook repair specialists. We do not operate from a residential property or a bedroom as other so-called repair companies do.
Q.3 How long does it take to repair my Apple iPhone, iPad & Macbook?
A. We always quote a 5-7 working day turnaround time, with most repairs being completed within 3-5 working days. If we expect a longer delay to your repair, we will inform you. iPhone Screen Repairs can be completed while-u-wait. Please call to book a while you wait iPhone screen repair.

Q.5 How much is returned delivery after repair?
A. Return insured delivery within the UK is £10.00 on all repairs and is fully insured. We use Interlink as our chosen courier service, ensuring a fast, fully trackable service. Return delivery anywhere else in the world is £15.00 and is sent by Royal Mail International Signed for with a tracking service up to leaving the UK and then tracked using your local postal service.
Q.6 If my device cannot be repaired or I do not want to proceed with a repair, will there be any charge?
A. We charge an inspection fee of £20.00 which includes return delivery. If you decide to proceed with your repair, this fee is automatically absorbed into the final repair costs.
Q.7 How long is the repair warranty?
We are proud to offer a unique repair warranty service. Unlike other repair companies, we want to give you piece of mind. As such all of our repairs come with a full 12 month warranty as standard. Our repair warranty 12-month no extra cost to you.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Any subsequent damage caused to the device after the repair.
- Damage resulting from misuse.
- Any kind of liquid damage.
- Software related issues.
- Faults not relating to the original repair completed. For example, if we replace the charging port the warranty would not cover a faulty power button.
- Loss of data (please backup your device before getting repaired).
- If a subsequent repair is performed on the device by another repair company, this will void our warranty.
- Any of our warranty labels have been tampered with.
Q.8 Can I drop my device into you for repair?

Q.9 When do I pay for the repair?
A. We only ask for payment once the repair is completed. We will contact you by phone or email. You can then choose to pay by cash, card or bank transfer. If paying by credit card, a small surcharge will be incurred.
